Job Description

As a seasoned operations professional, you will have the opportunity to lead the settlement team at ICBC International. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the daily settlement process for derivatives products in Hong Kong and overseas markets
  • SUPPORTING global market projects, including implementing settlement flows and liaisoning with front office, IT, vendors, and brokers
  • Supervising corporate actions processes, tracking events and client communications
  • Resolving operational issues for the department
  • Developing and streamlining daily workflows
  • Providing on-job training to teammates
  • Ensuring the team provides quality support to both internal and external clients for ad hoc and regular queries

Your qualifications and experience should include:

  • Over 10 years of experience in operations
  • Bachelor degree required
  • Attain professional qualification(s) in investment banking or other relevant subject preferred
  • Supervisory and/or futures settlement experience advantageous
  • SOUND knowledge in settlement processing
  • Experience in HK/global markets' settlement, including futures, bond, and IPO processing
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin an advantage
