Job Description:

JPC TEXSON LTD is looking for a skilled Assistant Project Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in watch trading/manufacturing/sourcing and project management.

You will be responsible for managing assigned watch projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring that all project management details align with client expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Negotiating and liaising with suppliers to determine the feasibility of watch products.
  • Collaborating with the Design team to develop and refine product designs.
  • Maintaining project schedules and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Monitoring the progress of ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Occasional travel to China for project-related activities.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in watch trading/manufacturing/sourcing offices, with project management experience being an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including 5 days of work per week, 13 months of salary guaranteed, an annual performance bonus, 14 days of annual leave, and medical insurance.
