Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee and manage assigned watch projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring seamless coordination with clients and effective collaboration with the design team. Key responsibilities include:
  • Negotiating and liaising with suppliers regarding watch product feasibility;
  • Ensuring project schedules are maintained and deadlines are met;
  • Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure products meet all specified requirements;
  • Tracking and monitoring project progress for timely completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in English and Mandarin, and at least 5 years of experience in watch trading/manufacturing/sourcing offices or project management exposure. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team, you should also have the ability to travel occasionally for project-related activities.
