JPC TEXSON LTD is seeking a highly skilled ASSISTANT MERCHANDISER to join our team. As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in supporting the Merchandising Manager in daily operations and ensuring timely delivery of goods to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Merchandising team with daily tasks and maintain accurate customer databases.
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and other relevant documents efficiently.
  • Monitor production progress to guarantee on-time delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with internal shipping staff to ensure seamless logistics.

Requirements
  • 1+ year work experience in trading, manufacturing, sourcing office, or buying offices.
  • Proficient in Excel and Chinese word processing.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
