**Job Overview**

  • This role reports directly to the General Manager.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for performing comprehensive leasing activities for our company-owned properties, with a focus on office buildings and premises.
  • Tenancy management involves handling new lettings and tenancy renewals, including marketing, tenancy administration, and negotiations with property agents, potential clients, and tenants.
  • Marketing plans will be reviewed and implemented to maximize leasing opportunities.
  • Strong relationships with potential new tenants must be built to drive occupancy rates.
  • Supervision of 1-2 Leasing Officers is also expected.
  • Degree holder required.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in property leasing, tenancy administration, or property management is necessary. Experience in office buildings is advantageous, and experience on the landlord side is highly preferred.
  • Key skills include strong relationship-building abilities, proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English, and proficiency in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Strong ability to build and enhance relationships with potential new tenants.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
