We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Officer or Assistant Leasing Officer to join our team at Harvest Personnel Agency. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for handling leasing and tenancy agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage property portfolios and arrange site visits to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  2. Negotiate with tenants to secure lease agreements that benefit both parties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estates, Property/Facility Management, or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leasing and property management.
  • Knowledge of landlord/tenancy law and leasing procedures is essential.
  • Excellent command of English language skills, both written and spoken.
