Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our residential properties, ensuring exceptional service and quality standards are maintained.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, including regular inspections and troubleshooting;
- Manpower Development: Lead and manage a team of staff, providing training and guidance to ensure they meet the required standards;
- Communication: Foster strong relationships with residents, respond promptly to their queries and concerns, and resolve issues efficiently;
- Deed of Mutual Covenant and Building Management Ordinance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on changes and updates;
- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Educational Background: A degree or diploma in Property Management or a related field;
- Professional Certifications: Hold RPHM, CIH, or HKIH certifications;
- Licenses: Possess a PMP (Tier 1) license;
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in property management, preferably with experience in managing residential buildings;
- Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a strong understanding of Deed of Mutual Covenant and Building Management Ordinance.
