  2. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify key opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  3. Marketing Materials: Develop and implement marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities to drive awareness and adoption of new product.
  4. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  5. Sales Performance Management: Set sales targets and performance goals for the sales team.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize strategies and achieve sales targets.
  7. Team Support: Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance evaluations to optimize team performance.
  8. Training and Development: Train and support the sales team to effectively communicate the value proposition of the brand to healthcare providers.
  9. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities are conducted within compliance and regulatory guidelines.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Above: A bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or above of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, prior experience in sales and hematology marketing is a must.
  • Project Management: Project management experience.
  • Analytics and CRM: Experience with analytics and customer relationship management systems.
