Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Planning Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating annual operation plans, monitoring financial performance, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual operation plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, operation KPIs, and customer data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations for yield optimization.
  • Translate business ideas into viable financial models and support the presentation of business ideas and proposals in PowerPoint format.
  • Collect and analyze data from Company systems and market intelligence to inform business case reviews, post-campaign analysis, and tracking with insights and recommendations.
  • Benchmark performance with industry competitors.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related disciplines.
  • 6 years' relevant experience in business planning and analysis in sizable companies; Telecommunication industry experience is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of statistical and data analytics tools, with exposure to using Tableau is an advantage.
  • Strong business sense and ability to dig deep to understand business performance drivers.
  • Presentable and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and prepare presentations for management.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Business Analyst.
