About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team to manage key functions including credit underwriting, fraud risk monitoring, customer onboarding, and support. You will develop and implement robust credit control policies to minimize financial risk. Effectively implementing and proposing enhancements to fraud prevention strategies, as well as streamlining the merchant onboarding process while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Providing ongoing customer support to merchants addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements
You must have a University degree or equivalent with at least 5 years relevant experience. Ability to take a holistic view of operational risks, streamline processes and get hands-on when required. Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Ability to work well independently and lead a team effectively. Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Being able to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
