Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our network infrastructure, ensuring the security and reliability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Implementation: Design and implement network infrastructure, including technologies, platforms, and security measures, to ensure the security and reliability of our systems.
  2. Network Security: Analyze, review, and maintain network infrastructure security, identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing measures to mitigate them.
  3. Capacity Planning: Plan, design, and implement network capacity planning to effectively manage and predict resources, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.
  4. Incident Management: Participate in escalated incidents/problems, diagnosing the occurrence of incidents/attacks and rectifying the underlying issues.
  5. Security Controls: Assess, recommend, lead, and implement security controls and modules to ensure sufficient protection of corporate intellectual property and business continuity for customers.
  6. Resource Management: Manage operation and internet resources and inventory, including AS#, IP addresses, domains, hardware/software, and ISPs.
  7. Platform Management: Manage platform accesses and operations in alignment with ISO 27001 & PCI-DSS requirements.
  8. Release Management: Manage platform hardware and software releases.
  9. Global Collaboration: Liaise with other global teams and partners in managing and operating data centers worldwide.
  10. Tool Management: Implement and maintain network management tools, such as PRTG, Syslog, Nagios, Inter-mapper, etc.
  11. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction through effective handling of security incidents and open communication with customers.
  12. Availability: Work on standby, roster, and odd hours as required.
  13. Escalation Point: Act as an escalation point for customers during incidents.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in a Network/Security position, preferably in a service provider environment, familiar with service design and operation.
  2. Knowledge: Knowledge of DDoS attack types will be an advantage.
  3. Certifications: Experience in ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and ITIL are added advantages.
  4. Infrastructure Expertise: Solid experience in implementing and administrating Cisco and Juniper carrier-grade routers, IPS/IDS, BGP routing protocol, cluster firewalls, load balancers, and Anti-DDoS platforms.
  5. Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of internet technologies, including BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, Anycast, UDP, ICMP, HTTP(S), GRE, SMTP, DNS, and SSL.
  6. Language Skills: Good command of English is required.
  7. Additional Language: Good command of Mandarin is an advantage.
