The Role

  • This position involves reporting to the Senior Service Manager and working collaboratively with a team of 8 service engineers.
  • Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining medical equipment at hospitals, healthcare centers, and elderly care facilities in Hong Kong is a key responsibility.
  • Installation, maintenance, repair, and testing of the company's range of medical equipment are also essential duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine scheduled servicing (both preventative and reactive) to ensure systems are installed to full working capacity.
  • Provide technical solutions professionally and within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts in the service ERP system.
  • Uphold safety and integrity standards for all serviced products in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

  • A tertiary education in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering/Biomedical Engineering or a related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of technical/service/engineering experience in any products, preferably in machinery/equipment/devices.
  • Experience within the medical, healthcare, or service-related sector is an advantage.
