We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving our digital business forward through various operational and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our client's leaders to develop and implement digital business strategies that drive growth and innovation.
- Lead requirement gathering activities to facilitate the elaboration of customer and business user stories, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our clients.
- Oversee testing and facilitate communication across different functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead change management initiatives for both our client's business and technology teams, ensuring that operational and business benefits are realized.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, consulting, and/or technology.
- Strong knowledge of the telecom industry, including business operations and technology.
- Experience as a Technical Consultant with knowledge of Product Catalog, CRM, Order Management, Field Service, Oracle BRM, Data Architect.
- Knowledge of telecom industry standards, including B/OSS stock and TM Forum standards.
- Nice to have experience with Salesforce.
- Strong experience in gathering requirements and delivering changes in the telecom industry with a mix of business, technology, and digital-focused projects.
- Demonstrated strong business acumen, with the ability to apply creativity and judgment in analyzing and solving complex problems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written, oral, and presentation) skills, with the ability to work with executives and senior leaders.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin is preferred).
- Self-motivated team player.
