Role Overview


As an Accounting Supervisor at BCD Travel, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance functions. This includes supervising a team of analysts, managing daily accounting duties, and handling inter-company transactions and reconciliation.



Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of analysts, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they meet their roles' requirements.
  • Direct the workflow, provide operational support, and conduct performance reviews to drive team productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform daily accounting duties, including A/R, A/P, journal voucher preparation, expense claim, filing, etc., and handle inter-company transactions and reconciliation.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing, including preparing reconciliation and schedules, and perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.


Requirements

  • A Higher Diploma or above in accounting or related discipline is required, along with a minimum 3 years' accounting experience.
  • Experience with accounting software such as SAP would be an advantage, and proficiency in PC skills, particularly in Excel, is essential.
