Job Description

  • Manage the receipt, processing, and settlement of claims
  • Develop and implement effective claims handling processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless claims experience
  • Provide coaching and training to internal staff and/or agents
  • Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma
  • Preferably with professional qualifications in Life Insurance, such as FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute), ALHC (Associate, Life and Health Claims), ACS (Associate, Customer Service)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in individual life insurance claims
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy rate
