Job Description:

">Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ensure daily operations for Atlas Corp. and its subsidiaries are maintained, with adequate liquidity for cash flows.
  • Be the key point of contact for global banking platforms and manage various banking connections.
  • Manage "Know Your Client" (KYC) documentation related to banking regulations and requirements in countries where the organization operates.
  • Administer the Treasury Management System (TMS), Marine Insurance program, and Corporate Credit Card program for Atlas and its subsidiaries.

Key Activities:

  • Update and maintain bank documentation with global banking partners, including resolutions and certificates of incumbency.
  • Maintain Master Bank Account lists, ensuring accuracy and current information.
  • Prepare documentation for bank account openings and closings.
  • Prepare KYC documentation for new accounts and meet banking requirements for existing accounts.
  • Execute daily Treasury operations, ensuring timely transaction processing and proper funding of bank accounts.
  • Investigate payment-related discrepancies and resolve them collaboratively with other teams.
  • Main point of contact for global banking platforms, tracking and maintaining bank account information through TMS.
  • Accountable for daily cash management processes, ensuring accurate transactions, funded bank accounts, and completed reporting.
  • In accordance with established guidelines and targets, perform daily operational activities for Treasury, including payments and transfers.
  • Monitor and manage bank accounts and funding across Atlas and its subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate and prepare daily cash positioning and cash reports.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot payment-related discrepancies.
  • Execute Foreign Exchange spot trades.
  • Ensure Treasury Administration tasks are managed through internal portals.
  • File automated reports for liquidity reporting.
  • Assure accounts are set up accurately and efficiently on TMS.
  • Input data into TMS for accurate balances and transactions.
  • Maintain data integrity in TMS and create logic to code bank transactions properly.
  • Research failed file imports and troubleshoot issues.
  • Create payment templates in TMS for upcoming activity.
  • Assist with documentation and management of Treasury processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and assist with resolving exception reporting for Positive Pay issues.
  • Primary Administrator for the Corporate credit card programs.
  • Manage projects related to enhancing the global credit card program and exploring other card options.
  • Participate in year-end Audit process by arranging bank confirmations, process reviews, and administrative requests.
  • Monitor incoming payment demand notices and ensure LIBOR/SOFR rates and amounts align with facility agreements.
  • C coordinate with APR to prepare and distribute monthly APR collateral reports.
  • Prepare monthly cash sweeps.
  • Collaborate and communicate with departments on projects such as acquisition integrations, new banking arrangements, solving banking issues, reviewing internal controls, and cash processes.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives as the Treasury representative.
  • Assist in maintaining relations with banks and other financial institutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum two years' experience in a corporate treasury role.
  • Experience working with a TMS or ERP system.
  • Highly analytical with sound business judgment, proven documentation skills, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable dealing with multiple internal and external parties in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with competing priorities.
  • Good understanding of Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a professional writing style.
  • Team player - able to collaborate and communicate with stakeholder departments.

Estimated Salary Range:$65,000 - $80,000 per annum
