Swatch Group is seeking a highly skilled Brand Protection Officer to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our Intellectual Property (IP) enforcement team, you will be responsible for protecting our brand's IP rights and enforcing our trademark, design, and copyright laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor online platforms for IP infringements and investigate important targets.
  • Work with external anti-counterfeits agencies and law firms to initiate and follow up on legal actions against IP infringement.
  • Negotiate with marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and social media operators to implement measures to enforce Swatch Group's IP rights.
  • Highlight local specificities regarding the legal framework of Intellectual Property Law and procedural rules.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Law.
  • Fluent verbal and writing English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • 3-5 years working experience in IP enforcement and/or brand protection area at law firms, multinational companies.
  • Good knowledge about Hong Kong IP laws and Internet technical infrastructure.
  • Good analytical and observation skills.
  • Positive attitude, solution-oriented, and customer care-oriented.
  • Autonomous, flexible, and real team player.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Professional), Excel PowerBI, etc.
