Administrative Officer, Taught Postgraduate Programmes Office, Faculty of Business

Lingnan University is a leading research-intensive liberal arts institution in the digital era, committed to providing quality education and conducting high-impact research for a better world. Our Faculty of Business is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team in the Taught Postgraduate Programmes Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including coordinating events and activities for incoming participants.
- Assist in relationship building with industry partners, prospective employers, universities, and government bodies to enhance the branding of the faculty.
- Work on tasks relating to GBA initiatives and assist in the office's publicity, promotional campaigns, and activities.
- Liaise with internal and external parties, manage the office's social media platforms, and prepare promotional materials and articles.
- Handle inquiries from students, staff, and external parties, and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- A recognized Bachelor's degree with at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- High level of competence in computer literacy.
- Good team spirit with a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to go the extra mile to complete tasks before deadlines.
- Proactive mindset and strong analytical ability to carry out duties independently and efficiently with minimum supervision.
