Job Title: Paralegal / Legal Documentation

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal / Legal Documentation professional to join our team at Harbridge Partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of agreements for execution and client onboarding;
  • Filing of documents and maintaining accurate records;
  • Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with industry developments;
  • Supporting investigations and regulatory compliance;
  • Preparing written reports and presentations;
  • Maintaining legal files and records, including contract amendments;
  • Assisting with document drafting and review;
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel;
  • Managing administrative tasks, including invoice processing;
  • Providing ad-hoc support for special projects and tasks.
Requirements:
  • University graduate or student in a reputable institution or career paralegal with a proven track record;
  • At least three years of related working experience in a law firm or in-house legal function, with experience in the financial services industry being an advantage;
  • Mature, self-motivated, and independent individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and a positive attitude with a strong team player mentality;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent written and spoken English skills, with strong Chinese language skills being an advantage.
