Role Overview

The Asia Pacific Actuarial team at Oliver Wyman is seeking a Manager to join their growing team based in Hong Kong. As a Manager, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and have an outsized influence on the strategic direction of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the team in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo on projects in Asia Pacific.
  • Work with the US Actuarial team.
  • Promote business development through client management and sales revenue growth.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering projects for top-tier insurance companies, reinsurance companies, investment banks, regulators, and private equity firms. You will work on various projects, including:

  • Financial projections analysis.
  • Insurance mergers and acquisitions support.
  • Capital markets transactions assistance.

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, participating in client sales meetings, and contributing to sales revenue through proposal development and pitch meetings.
