Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices in compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Highly analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex regulatory issues and provide recommendations for mitigation.
