As an Assistant Membership Manager at Kowloon Cricket Club, you will be responsible for leading the Membership Team in providing top-notch member services. This includes developing and implementing effective strategies for enhancing member engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Your expertise in project management, analytics, and problem-solving will enable you to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Membership Database to ensure accuracy and timeliness of member information.
  • Liaise with department heads to coordinate events, meetings, and other activities that promote member engagement.
  • Lead the Membership Team in providing exceptional customer service, resolving member complaints, and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Oversee the processing of new member applications, resignations, and changes of particulars.
