Job Overview
As a Strategic Operations Manager - RPA Development at the Bank of China, you will play a pivotal role in driving business improvement and process transformation across the organization. This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to leverage your expertise in project management and RPA development to drive efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Support project teams to deliver strategic business improvement initiatives that align with corporate priorities, focusing on delivering efficiency gains and enhanced user experience.
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure key business transformation projects are executed on time and to a high standard, maintaining strong project governance across the end-to-end process pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain effective project governance frameworks to ensure seamless integration of major projects, prioritizing focus areas and driving benefits through new business processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with service standards and processes, operating within the context of service priorities and principles of increasing user choice and control.
  • Lead and manage team resources effectively, ensuring professional standards and best practices drive continuous service improvement, value for money, and reduced risk.
  • Promote new ways of working and facilitate change by securing buy-in and support at all levels of the service.

Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Project Management or RPA development.
  • Recognized qualification in project management desirable and/or equivalent experience and training in a related business environment. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is preferable.
  • Ability to lead on major projects with a track record of delivery to time and budget, demonstrating high-level competency in managing complex projects.
  • Proven record of delivering business improvement through transformational projects.
  • Change agent mindset with a customer focus.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes, familiar with MS Office software.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, with Mandarin being an advantage.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
