About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Corporate Access team in Hong Kong as a Vice President. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and owning content and organization of large-scale regional corporate access events, including flagship conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead thematic events for institutional investors in the region and globally, including ideation, content curation, and business judgment.
  • Closely collaborate with senior leaders across divisions and geographies to drive events and other strategic priorities.
  • Understand client needs and anticipate ways to enhance client experience directly with investors and together with sales teams.
  • Maintain relationships with key Hong Kong/China corporates, working closely with research and banking.
  • Help shape business strategy and implement broader strategic initiatives.
  • Drive business analytics with the team to produce regular reporting on client activity.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate access, or a related field.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record.
  • Bilingual fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate others while maintaining a team-oriented attitude.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial, proactive, flexible, and self-motivated.
  • Successful track record of developing strategy and driving execution.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong business judgment to deliver exceptional results despite competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders through complex situations.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Commercial focus, local knowledge of Hong Kong/China/Asia markets.
  • Working knowledge and interest in finance and markets.
