Job Title: Derivatives Sales Specialist

PERSOLKELLY Hong Kong Limited is seeking a highly skilled Derivatives Sales Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding the derivatives business in Asia, covering institutional and Hedge Fund clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing and sales plans based on the firm's growth strategies.
  • Coordinate with trading to provide timely and accurate pricing and execution of various rate derivatives trades.
  • Work closely with internal partners in drafting and reviewing derivatives documentation.
  • Work closely with KYC teams in the client onboarding process and periodic review.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of solid sales experience in rates derivatives.
  • A solid understanding of FI clients' needs, especially Hedge Funds, to establish financing solutions and cross-sell group company's products.
  • Proven track record of originating and closing flow derivative transactions.
  • Possess analytical skills and moderate financial modelling ability.
  • Ability to establish a strong network across industry, identify and understand institutional clients' needs.
  • Basic knowledge in regional regulatory structures and policies.
  • Fluent in English, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.
