Job Overview

As a Senior Supply Chain Coordinator at foodpanda, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand and Supply Planning: Develop and implement effective demand and supply planning strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet sales targets.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible prices, manage minimum order quantities, and optimize logistics arrangements.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize storage capacity, manage overstocked and slow-moving items, and allocate stock for special promotions.
  • Supply Chain Projects: Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain and sales operations projects to enhance service levels, improve processes, and reduce costs.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and review monthly supply chain KPIs and inventory reports to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics, preferably in the F&B or FMCG industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
