Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at foodpanda. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing our inventory levels, negotiating with vendors, and optimizing our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand and Supply Planning: Develop and implement effective demand and supply planning strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels and meet sales targets.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible prices, MOQs, and logistics arrangements.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory levels, including storage capacity, overstocked/slow-moving items, and stock allocation for special promotions.
  • Supply Chain Projects: Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain and sales & operations projects to enhance service levels, improve processes, and reduce costs.
  • KPI Management: Monitor and review monthly supply chain KPIs and inventory reports to ensure we are meeting our targets.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, preferably in F&B or FMCG.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and fluency in English and Chinese.
