- As part of this role, you will also assist in preparing license applications and responding to regulator enquiries.
- We are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve our compliance goals.
- A degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Law or Finance is essential for this role.
- Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in compliance and audit functions.
- Knowledge of HK legal and regulatory requirements on securities brokerage and anti-money laundering is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in SFC / HKEx rules and regulations and their compliance / practice is also necessary.
- We are looking for a mature, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and passion for performance excellence.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, as well as Putonghua, is required.
