Job-Hunter is a reputable financial and insurance brokerage company that offers professional asset management services to customers with business interests across Asia Pacific.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the operation team in providing excellent service to clients by ensuring efficient and effective processing of their applications.
- Assist in client onboarding processing to ensure the due-diligence requirements can be met.
- Follow up the application procedure including KYC and medical check arrangement.
- Maintain effective communication with Relationship Managers of banks and internal parties.
- Ensure the application of high-net-worth cases are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform business administrative duties such as documents verification and database maintenance.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree / Higher Diploma holder.
- Holder of IIQE license in Paper 1, 3, preferably with Paper 5.
- 2 years or above experience in financial or insurance brokerage firm.
- Good knowledge of Universal Life insurance or other high-net-worth products.
- Experience in application processing, client onboarding, KYC and bankers liaison.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, detail-minded with good communication skills.
- Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP.
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Mandarin.
- Immediate availability is a definite advantage.
