Job Title: Luxury Marketing Manager

The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is seeking a skilled Luxury Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for building property and brand awareness among key travel consumers for The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong and W Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive preference among key travel consumers.
  • Provide crisis communications assistance to properties.
  • Promote and maintain good communications to enhance the prestigious image of the hotel.
  • Oversee luxury partnerships and brand collaborations for both hotels.
  • Write and edit all press communications, including press releases and media kits.

Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in luxury hotels.
  • A team player with outgoing personalities.
  • Passionate and service-oriented.
  • Good command of spoken Chinese and English.
