Orient Overseas Container Line Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analysis Manager to join its Headquarter finance team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant with a strong background in financial analysis and leadership skills to drive business growth and development needs of our organization.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can evaluate accounting processes, develop analytical tools, and implement financial monitoring processes on regional entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project progress, automating workflow, and streamlining accounting practices adopted by different regional entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of existing accounting processes and procedures
  • Assist in developing analytic tools and reports to facilitate FinCon teams' review of financial performance and internal control
  • Drive and monitor project progress in terms of user requirements collection, UAT, and system implementation
  • Work with other project teams to automate and streamline the workflow and sub-processes of regional Fincon and accounting service centers
  • Standardize accounting practices adopted by different regional entities
  • Design and implement financial monitoring processes on regional entities, focusing on internal controls for regional FinCon

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline, minimum 8 years work experience in the accounting field, and 3 years in Big 4. Strong in-house experience with MNC or SOE is preferred, as well as experience in ERP system projects initiatives and implementation.

  • Qualified accountant with bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Mature, self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work under pressure
  • Cross-department team-player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with good presentation skills

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Occasional travel is required for this role.
