About ICAP

ICAP provides a wide variety of execution and information services to wholesale market participants. We offer broking services covering a range of asset classes, including Commodities, Credit, Equities, FX, Money Market Funds, and Rates.

Delta 1 and Volatility Business
  • We seek an experienced senior broker to join our Delta 1 and Volatility desk.
  • The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for broking Delta 1 and Volatility contracts, servicing customers in these markets to generate revenue.

In this role, you will develop and maintain client relationships, identify prospective new clients, and contribute to the ongoing success of the desk.

Responsibilities
  1. Promote TP ICAP's business strategy and vision by identifying new business opportunities and implementing agreed plans.
  2. Maintain constant contact with relevant individuals and organisations to facilitate price discovery and create necessary liquidity for deals.
  3. Oversee customer relationship management, including maintaining relationships with strategically important clients.
  4. Manage clients and lines on the desk proactively (account allocation, dealing with customer issues).
  5. Lead and manage people development, building a high-performing team and succession planning.
  6. Understand pertinent regulation and assess compliance with evolving regulatory landscapes.
  7. Support a risk-aware culture and encourage behaviours that comply with group policies.
  8. Implement policies, processes, systems, and controls relating to your area of responsibility.
  9. Exercise judgement, integrity, care, skill, and diligence to avoid conflicts of interest.
