As a Client Services Associate Intern, you will engage in stimulating projects for our prestigious global clientele, including leading Private Equity Firms and Management Consulting organizations.

POSITION SUMMARY

You will collaborate with Third Bridge's Client Services Team. This position involves assisting the Research team in identifying and recruiting specialists for Third Bridge's network of industry professionals, facilitating consultations between these experts and our clients. You will negotiate and encourage experts to engage with our clients promptly, scheduling discussions while adhering to our top-tier compliance standards. Your primary goal will be to ascertain whether these specialists align with our clients' requirements and possess the answers to their inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Utilize external resources to pinpoint the most suitable individuals for one-on-one consultations with our clients. (Ideal candidates are often C-level executives deeply embedded in their sectors.) Conduct outreach to relevant experts, articulating the opportunity and persuading them to participate in a consultation with our client. Coordinate with interpreters and assist specialists in completing pre-consultation procedures. Maintain precise records of communications through our internal systems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Final year students or recent graduates available for a full-time internship. Candidates must be able to commit to a five-day work week (Monday to Friday) for a minimum duration. Work hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM HKT. Non-local candidates should secure the necessary documentation. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential, as you will be building relationships with a diverse range of industry experts. The role is fast-paced, requiring effective time management, attention to detail, and adherence to compliance protocols. We seek individuals who thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment and are motivated to exceed expectations. A strong academic background or client-facing experience is crucial.
