Senior Marketing Officer - CRM Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Officer to join our team at Miramar Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM and database marketing, with experience in utilizing CRM software for campaign management, data analysis, customer segmentation, and reporting.

The successful applicant will develop and execute CRM marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. They will also manage and maintain the group-wide customer contact database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with privacy regulations.

The role involves collaborating with internal departments and external agencies to plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery. The Senior Marketing Officer will identify and address operational challenges in the collection workflow, proactively improving data quality and integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing CRM marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Managing and maintaining the group-wide customer contact database
  • Utilizing marketing automation settings to streamline and optimize CRM campaigns
  • Conducting regular reports and data analysis on CRM campaign performance
  • Collaborating with internal departments and external agencies to plan and execute marketing campaigns
  • Identifying and addressing operational challenges in the collection workflow

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related discipline
  • 3 years of relevant experience in CRM and/or database marketing
  • Experience in utilizing CRM software for campaign management, data analysis, customer segmentation, and reporting
  • Familiarity with popular CRM and Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms
