Job Overview

As a seasoned professional in the Consumer Banking Group at DBS Bank, you will play a crucial role in promoting financial planning services and wealth management products to affluent customers. Your primary objective will be to acquire new customers, solicit business opportunities, and provide tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote financial planning services and wealth management products to high-net-worth individuals
  • Acquire new customers through cross-selling, referrals, and personal connections
  • Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to identify customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention
  • Work closely with colleagues and partners to ensure seamless service delivery and team harmony
Requirements
  • Degree holder in a business or finance-related field
  • Registered RI (Regulated Activities: Type 1 & 4) with passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7, & 8
  • Registered TR (General* & Long Term) with passes in IIQE papers 1, 2*, 3, & 5
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to influence and self-motivated
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
