Treasures Onboarding Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled Officer to join the Consumer Banking Group as a Treasures Onboarding Specialist in a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by processing and following through on customer requests and inquiries.
  • Account Acquisition: Acquire new customers through various channels, including residential estates, office buildings, and government departments.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers by providing superior service and adhering to bank policies and standards.
  • Compliance: Adhere to bank policies, standards, operations guidelines/procedures, security, and internal control measures.
Requirements
  • A degree holder in a business or finance related discipline.
  • Registered TR (Long Term) with passes in IIQE papers 1 & 3; or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
