Treasures Onboarding Specialist Position

We are looking for an experienced Officer to join the Consumer Banking Group as a Treasures Onboarding Specialist.

Job DescriptionThis role involves establishing a strong customer base by acquiring new customers through various channels, including residential estates, office buildings, and government departments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for opening accounts, processing applications, and providing superior service to customers in accordance with the Bank's required service standards.
Responsibilities and RequirementsThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Customer Acquisition: Build a solid customer base by acquiring new customers through various channels.
- Relationship Building and Account Servicing: Open accounts, process applications, and provide superior service to customers.
- Customer Experience Management: Process and follow through on customer requests and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Governance and Compliance Control: Adhere to bank policies, standards, operations guidelines/procedures, security, and internal control measures.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in a business or finance related discipline, be registered TR (Long Term) with passes in IIQE papers 1 & 3, or equivalent, and be fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
