Key Responsibilities:
- Support product managers in developing user specifications and testing plans for the proposal illustration system, including conducting user acceptance testing related to the system.
- Assist in the creation of essential documentation for product development and rollout, such as project timelines, policy agreements, product manuals, and illustrations.
- Collaborate with various departments (including Agency, Bancassurance, Life Administration, IT, Actuarial, and Marketing) to facilitate effective product development and implementation.
- Perform market research and analyze competitive landscapes.
- Manage product inquiries and special quotations from distribution channels.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled university students from any field; candidates with a background in actuarial science or insurance will be preferred.
- Previous experience in a life insurance firm, particularly in Product Development or Actuarial roles, is advantageous.
- Demonstrated proactivity along with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-driven with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of typing in Chinese.
