Job Description
You will be responsible for supporting the supervisor in developing and implementing venue operations strategy, communicating with relevant parties to ensure event owner requests are met.
As a manager-in-charge, you will oversee overall operations of the museum, resolving any emergency incidents or situations following a set of protocols.
You will coordinate with facilities services teams, internal departments, vendors, consultants, contractors, statutory departments and all relevant parties for service or project implementation.
Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress of works and provide recommendations for improvement is also a key responsibility.
You will implement designated strategic plans and coordinating action schedules for provision of creative museum operation services.
In addition, you will assist in monitoring budget spending according to plan.
You will assist in preparing operational procedures and guidelines.
Working with procurement team to issue tenders according to procurement policy is another responsibility.
You will support the supervisor in training, supervising and motivating the team to be ready at all times.
