We are in search of a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Manager of Corporate Services, Pensions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee a team of Corporate Services Managers to meet financial targets by expanding the team’s portfolio through new business development, product engagement, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Assess the quality of customer service provided by the team and manage the existing client portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to uncover potential business opportunities aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with significant experience in customer service, especially within the pensions sector.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new business and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Comprehensive experience in customer relationship management.
  • Excellent skills in sales management, strategic planning, and communication.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
