Job Title: Senior Associate/AVP, Trade Portfolio Management-Supplier Care Manager, GTS

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Global Transaction Services (GTS) team as a Senior Associate/AVP, Trade Portfolio Management-Supplier Care Manager.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive the end-to-end Supply Care functions, including spoke pre-onboarding preparation, spoke onboarding, spoke onboarding exception management, and spoke cross-sell. You will lead the supplier engagement event to promote supply chain business, access and review supplier care end-to-end process, and take the lead to refine a holistic supplier care solution to enhance customer experience and employee journey.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the end-to-end Supply Care functions from spoke pre-onboarding preparation, spoke onboarding, spoke onboarding exception management, and spoke cross-sell.
  • Lead the supplier engagement event (e.g., webinar, workshops) to promote supply chain business.
  • Access and review supplier care end-to-end process and take the lead to refine a holistic supplier care solution to enhance customer experience and employee journey.
  • Assist in development of supply chain financing sales and product strategy and roadmaps based on market research, customer feedback, and financial analysis.
  • Create effective marketing collateral, sales tools, and training programs to drive product adoption related to Supply Care.
  • Analyze customer usage data and feedback to inform product optimizations and enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policy requirements.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities for all supplier care program under management.
  • Drive ad-hoc projects relating to market, jurisdiction, legal, policy, and regulatory changes which impact supplier care.
Requirements
  • Degree holder or equivalent in related disciplines.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in banking, financial institutions, or corporates' procurement center.
  • Strong aspiration to develop career in global transaction services for both trade and supply chain as well as cash management digital solution.
  • Prior exposure on supply chain financing, procurement services, or related professional background.
  • Self-starter with a tenacity to succeed. Good influencing and negotiation skills, able to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin language skills would be a plus.
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude. Resilience and tenacity to overcome obstacles.
  • Less experienced (less than 7 years) but outstanding candidates would be considered for Senior Associate as appropriated.
