Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Company: Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific in a professional and positive manner when interacting with customers, both internally and externally.
  • Deliver Service Commitments: Own and execute on service commitments, including installations, calibrations, preventative maintenance, training, and repairs.
  • Service Reporting and Documentation: Provide accurate and timely service reporting and documentation, as well as create procedures and protocols for internal and customer needs.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Commercial Collaboration: Partner with commercial colleagues to deliver customer deals that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Tool Optimization: Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of provided tools and consignment parts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Practical Process Improvement Business System.
Requirements
  • Education: High Diploma or above in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 3 years or above relevant work experience.
  • Language Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills in Chinese and English, with Mandarin being an advantage.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues in difficult and stressful situations.
  • Teamwork: Strong desire to succeed and result-oriented, with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong electrical or mechanical background for troubleshooting and problem-solving, with PC literacy including MS Office and Outlook.
