Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Lead for Field Services to join our CS Operations and Maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising Field Service technicians and/or Contractors to perform refurbishment works in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise Field Services technicians and/or Contractors to perform refurbishment works (electrical and/or mechanical) in Hong Kong.
  • Work closely with Customers, Project Manager, and Engineers to ensure installation requirements are well-implemented on site.
  • Ensure site safety, works quality, and workmanship as specified.
  • Maintain good communication with various stakeholders to ensure overall works progress as scheduled.
  • Manage and resolve on-site technical issues.
  • Attend meetings with project team to report installation progress and issues identified on site.
  • Maintain proper documentation and other reports as necessary.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Diploma in E&M Engineering or related discipline or apprentice training in E&M field or E&M related training.
  • At least 5 years practical working experience in electrical (ELV, control equipment, computer, and networking) electrical and/or mechanical engineering, preferably in railway, rolling stock, automobile, or related industries.
  • Qualification in MTRC CP(T) and/or Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A) and/or Certified Safety Supervisor is a definite advantage.
  • HK driving license 2 is preferred.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English.
