As a key member of the Membership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to engage and retain members. You will collaborate with internal teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, coordinate membership events, and oversee various public channels to ensure a seamless member experience.
Responsibilities- Design and implement effective marketing and communication materials for membership, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute projects aimed at enhancing the membership experience and engagement, including coordinating eDM and marketing campaigns.
- Assist and coordinate membership events to drive member retention and engagement.
- Maintain and update the M+ and WKCD websites to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide administrative support to the membership team, including data entry, record keeping, and payment requests.
- Analyse CRM data to identify trends and insights, informing future marketing strategies.
