JPC TEXSON LTD is a renowned healthcare construction company in Hong Kong, specializing in hospital and medical facility projects. We design and build state-of-the-art facilities for ICU, surgical rooms, oxygen pipelines, and ventilation systems. Additionally, we supply and install medical equipment in hospitals, medical centers, and labs.
The Job: As our ideal candidate, you will report to the Project Director and be responsible for project management within budget and quality standards. You will lead Electrical and Mechanical system design, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. Your tasks include designing hospital/medical facilities, installing engineered systems, inspecting ducts of ventilation, and liaising with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors. A degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or equivalent is required. Corporate membership of HKIE (Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services discipline) is advantageous. Five plus years of Elect/MVAC/MGPS installation experience, preferably with main contractors or E&M contractors, are necessary. Experience in Clean rooms, HVAC, and medical gas supply is highly valued. Relevant work experience in Hospital/University/Laboratory projects is an asset.
Working Conditions: Our company offers a 5-day workweek, 14 days of annual leave, medical insurance, and a friendly work culture. The office location is conveniently situated near Wong Chuk Hang MTR.
