This Senior Project Management role involves overseeing the development of technical requirements for Data Centres, coordinating with consultants and contractors to determine technical design, project execution plans, and controls. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing projects within agreed-upon parameters, improving delivery efficiency, controlling costs, and ensuring project profitability.
You will work closely with our HR department to develop project governance models and reporting mechanisms internally and externally. Effective communication with HQ managers is crucial in this role. Your duties may also include evaluating and managing process flow, compliance, and documentation for overseas Data Centres, conducting relevant certifications as required.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or a related discipline, who has at least 7 years of experience in project management, specifically in Data Centre or relevant Facility MEP Construction. Strong knowledge of Data Centre Facility systems, including Electrical Systems, Cooling Systems, Security Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Building Management Systems, and other related areas is essential.
Apart from these qualifications, you should also possess excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with Mandarin being an added benefit. Familiarity with Data Centre building management systems, structured cabling systems, IT infrastructure systems, and network technology is also an advantage.
