Job Description: We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports, highlighting trends and insights that inform business decisions.">
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that optimize financial performance and drive growth.">
  • Ensure seamless execution of the month-end closing process, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.">
  • Oversee treasury and liquidity management, ensuring optimal utilization of funds and minimizing risk.">
  • Monitor capital activity processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.">
  • Analyze and review calculations of Management Fees and Performance Fees, ensuring alignment with industry standards.">
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.">
  • Develop and present detailed financial reports to investors, addressing their inquiries and concerns.">
  • Review US tax reporting to investors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.">
  • Support transaction closing activities, ensuring seamless integration of new initiatives.">
  • Liaise with Fund Administrators, Bankers, Custodians, Tax Consultants, and other stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.">
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as required, leveraging your expertise to address emerging challenges and opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.">
  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.">
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Microsoft Office and relevant accounting tools.
