Key Responsibilities:
· Execute the bank's strategic initiatives and business objectives to build a robust deposit portfolio.
· Assess client requirements through in-depth product and industry expertise, delivering high-quality service and a comprehensive range of corporate banking products to enhance our market share.
· Develop customized corporate banking solutions to address the diverse financial needs of targeted businesses.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, particularly in Global Transaction Services (Cash & Trade), Treasury & Markets (including Foreign Exchange and Wealth Management), and Insurance Teams, to generate ideas, implement campaigns, and manage performance comprehensively.
· Engage with various internal teams to maximize opportunities for establishing relationships with high-net-worth corporate clients and intermediary agents.
· Ensure compliance with account regulations and KYC standards, possessing a strong understanding of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) while coordinating with internal departments for account monitoring.
· Support the Team Head in guiding the team towards achieving collective objectives.
· Adhere to the guidelines set forth by regulatory authorities, including compliance with the Code of Conduct for licensed individuals and requirements imposed by relevant regulatory bodies.
Candidate Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business-related fields.
· A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing non-borrowing high-net-worth corporate clients.
· Proven track record in developing deposit portfolios, strong cross-selling abilities, and a well-established network of referral sources, coupled with effective engagement skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
· Must be a registered representative (Regulated Activities Type 1 & 4) with successful completion of the HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7, 8 & 11 or equivalent qualifications.
