Job Details

We are currently seeking an HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our recruitment team, preparing regular reports, and performing other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment team in all aspects of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and selection
  • Prepare regular reports and administer employee benefits in collaboration with the compensation and benefits team
  • Assist in organizing staff relationship activities, such as training and development programs
  • Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements and Qualifications

  • University graduate, preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • A minimum of 1 year's relevant experience in HR or a related field
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-initiative with a strong sense of responsibility
