Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Director to lead our people and culture initiatives at Tag. As a leading creative production and sourcing partner, we work with some of the world's biggest brands and agencies, delivering content at scale to create campaigns that are more impactful, more effective and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Leadership: Develop and execute visual concepts for campaigns and brand initiatives. Be excellent at ideating while being hands-on with design execution. Ensure brand and visual consistency across all touchpoints in a creative campaign.
  • Team Management: Mentor and manage a team of professionals, ensuring there is always growth and positive collaboration. Review the team's performance to ensure the outputs are of consistent and high quality. Stay close to the resourcing of the team and ensure the basic admin tasks are completed on a regular basis.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the account servicing team in executing and delivering creative projects.
  • Client Engagement: Persuasive presentation skills in both Cantonese and English. Positively engage with clients on briefs and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of agency creative experience.
  • Creative direction and design skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Keynote.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English – written and spoken.
  • Experienced in team resourcing and time management.
  • Multi-tasking in an organized and efficient manner.
